Somatics for Self-Realization: Pelvic Floor & Core
Our Pelvic Floor and Core allow us to move with stability, mobility and strength throughout our lifetime which creates a happier and joyfilled life. When we move with functional ease life is joyous, when we feel restriction, pain or discomfort it can slow us down causing issues, patterns, emotions, and behaviors we wish to heal.
Join a small cohort to explore the myths and health and wellness of the core and pelvic floor, and reclaim and heal yourself from patterns of dis-ease (releasing incontinence, painful sex, issues of shame and self worth, and past traumas no longing serving you to name a few).
In this course you will:
release chronic tension of the Pelvic Floor and Core
reeducate the pelvic floor and core so you can experience functional movement
find stability within the core and pelvic floor, and from here add freedom of movement and strength.
each week you will have home integration practices to deepen your healing and your self-study and embodiment.
