Somatics for Self-Realization: Shoulders & Hips
Our shoulders and hips help us move and express ourselves. They bring us into skillful action and represent confidence, happiness and joy. When we have limited range of motion or stability or strength we may find restrictive movement patterns and a hindering what we can do in our daily live
Join a small cohort to explore the brilliance of our larger joints —their authentic range of motion and ability to be stable, strong and expressive. Release patterns of pain including frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel patterns and limited range of motion, painful or instability in the hips, and lower limbs.
In this course you will:
release chronic tension of the shoulders and hips
reeducate the shoulders and hips into their 6 directions so you can experience functional movement
find stability within the shoulders and hips, and from here add freedom of movement and strength.
each week you will have home integration practices to deepen your healing and your self-study and embodiment.
