During the new moon of Aires which ignites the astrological new year, join a cohort to read the book The Well-Lived Life: a 103 Year Old Doctors 6 Secrets in Health and Happiness at Every Age by Gladys McGarey, MD and experience practices of Yoga Nidra to nourish and support your art of awakening.
In this course you will:
We will break the book into five sections to read in advance of our classes
Opportunity to journal and self reflect
First 20 minutes will be a short talk about the current energies and themes of the book and how it supports us manifesting our life purpose with happiness, joy and skillful action.
40 minutes of a Yoga Nidra practice
Home integration practice provided between classes
You will need to purchase the book in advance for this course
